Welcome to ER PC Builds. By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

ER PC Builds provides custom PC building, PC components, gaming accessories, software/game key sales, PC assembly, consultation, upgrades, diagnostics, and related technology services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

3. Product Availability

Most custom PCs and components are procured after an order is confirmed. Product availability and prices may change without prior notice due to supplier availability and market fluctuations.

If a product becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you with one of the following options:

• Replacement with an equivalent product

• Upgrade by paying the price difference

• Partial or full refund for the unavailable item

4. Pricing

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices may change without notice until an order is confirmed.

Any applicable GST or taxes will be shown during checkout where applicable.

5. Orders

Orders are confirmed only after payment or advance payment is received.

ER PC Builds reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

• Incorrect pricing

• Supplier stock issues

• Payment verification failure

• Suspected fraud

• Technical errors

6. Custom PC Orders

Custom PCs are assembled according to the specifications selected by the customer.

Once assembly has begun, the order cannot be cancelled without applicable charges for parts already procured or used.

Minor component substitutions of equal or better specifications may be made if the originally selected product becomes unavailable. Customers will be informed before shipment whenever possible.

7. Build Testing

Every assembled PC undergoes functional testing before dispatch.

Customers are encouraged to record an unboxing video when receiving their order.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

ER PC Builds is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

9. Warranty

Warranty is provided by the respective manufacturer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Warranty of used products may not be available unless explicitly stated otherwise.

ER PC Builds assists customers with warranty claims whenever possible but does not independently provide manufacturer warranty coverage.

Physical damage, liquid damage, electrical damage, improper installation, overclocking beyond manufacturer specifications, or misuse may void warranty.

10. Repairs & Assembly

Repair estimates are based on initial diagnosis and may change after detailed inspection.

Data loss may occur during repairs. Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting devices.

ER PC Builds is not liable for data loss.

11. Digital Products

Digital game activation keys, software keys, gift cards, and downloadable products are delivered electronically.

Once delivered, digital products cannot be returned or refunded except where required by law or if the key is proven invalid.

12. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate shipping information.

• Verify compatibility before purchasing components.

• Handle products according to manufacturer instructions.

14. Limitation of Liability

ER PC Builds shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, product descriptions, and logos are the property of ER PC Builds unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu & Kashmir.
