Our goal is to provide quality products and reliable service. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Built PCs

Because custom PCs are built specifically for each customer, completed custom PC orders are generally non-refundable.

If an order is cancelled before assembly begins, a refund may be issued after deducting any procurement or payment processing costs already incurred.

If any part(s) has been procured, it/they will be sent to the customer and the shipping cost would be deducted along with the item(s)'s cost. Any amount remaining shall be refunded back to customer, and if the amount if more than what customer had paid for, he/she is liable to pay the remaining amount to receive the procured part(s)

PC Components

Products may be eligible for return/replacement only if:

• Incorrect product received

• Product damaged during delivery

• Manufacturer defect present upon arrival

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs or videos of the issue. The final decision would be at Er PC Builds discretion upon approval or rejection of such claim

Returned items must include:

• Original packaging

• Accessories

• Manuals

• Invoice

• No physical damage caused by the customer

DOA (Dead on Arrival)

If a product is dead on arrival, ER PC Builds will assist with replacement or manufacturer RMA procedures.

Replacement depends on manufacturer and supplier policies.

Digital Products

Steam game keys, software activation keys, gift cards, downloadable products, and other digital items are non-refundable once delivered.

Refunds are only available if:

• The key has not been delivered.

• The delivered key is proven invalid.

• Required by applicable law.

Random game key purchases are final once the key has been delivered. Duplicate or invalid keys will be replaced after verification.

Assembly Service

Assembly charges are non-refundable once the service has been initiated

Repair Services

Diagnostic charges and labour charges are non-refundable after work has commenced.

In case the Diagnostics fail, a partial to full refund may be possible at Er PC Builds discretion.

Parts installed during repair may carry their own manufacturer warranty.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Fraud Prevention

ER PC Builds reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases involving fraud, abuse, misuse, or false claims.
